You can choose:

We will discuss your unique strengths, the areas where you'd like to grow, and strategies for your wellness journey.
Sessions are held online via HIPAA-compliant Zoom meeting.
*Packages include availability via text and email outside of sessions. Paid-in-full price is listed. Monthly payment installment options are available.
One-time Consultation - $175
REVIVE
You’re a busy professional and mostly have a handle on your wellness, but you could use a tune-up in one or two areas of your life. This 90-minute consultation is a great way to jumpstart your wellness journey! We'll discuss your strengths, where you'd like to grow, and explore strategies to try on your own.
Once per month for 3 months - $1080*
VIBRANT Package
You're making it, but it feels like you're crawling across the finish line each day. This package includes ongoing coaching for implementing your wellness strategy.
Includes:
- One in-depth 90-minute planning session
- Three one-on-one coaching sessions (once per month)
- Check-ins via text and/or email outside of session
Twice per month for 3 months - $1600*
VIVACIOUS Package
You exceed expectations in your roles, but your daily needs are last on the list. Accelerate your growth and create a more sustainable lifestyle with this consultation package.
Includes:
- One in-depth 90-minute planning session
- Six one-on-one coaching sessions (2 per month)
- Check-ins via text and email outside of sessions
